I would probably name the first one "A Bun From Every Angle", the second one "From Flowing To Knotted", and the last one "A Single File Journey"
The idea behind "a bun from every angle" was that I thought my bun looked god that day, and I wanted to try and incorporate different angles of it into my triptych. The idea behind "from flowing to knotted" was because I noticed that Maggie had her hair down, Grace had hers on a ponytail, and I had my hair in a bun. Which gave me the idea of taking a photo that looked like the "Steps" to putting your hair from down, to up in a bun. The idea behind "a single file journey" was because I knew that lining up the chicks, taking the photos, and lining them up to match the photos before/after would make it seem like a journey.
I believe I did create pretty good triptychs that seemed to tie together pretty well, ad are able to show more than just a picture on the screen.
I think I used 'Value' and 'Colour' in these triptychs because all the photos with us in them are a range from a dark background, into just us being in the light. And the line of chicks are all colourful and in a colour coded pattern as they "walk".
I think I used 'Emphasis' and 'Pattern & Repetition' in my triptychs because I really tried to emphasize Maggie, Grace, and I in my photos so you could understand them better. I also lined up all the chicks in a pattern and had them facing or "walking" the same way.
..
To edit my photos, I tried to bring the exposure down so that the background wasn't so bright and you could se the subject(s) better.
I am pretty satisfied with my editing, even though I didn't do too much. A strength I think I had was being able to focus enough to see a lot of the little details in my photos. One weakness i think i had was trying to line up the photo with the chicks so that it looked clean and put together.
Next Time
If I could redo the project, I think I would try and do a photo dedicated more to showing a "story" or the stages of something.
I think I am improving on having some more diverse ideas and being able to capture more detailed photos.
