Abstract Photo Project

1. I think that this photo uses 'Value' well because of the range from light to dark, the white pages into the shadow of black in the background. I think this photo also uses 'Movement/Rhythm' in a good way too. Because this photo shows a lot of recurring elements ,(the words on the page).

2. This photo uses 'Shape/Form' because of the diamond shape of the fence bars and how they all are connected together. It also uses 'Pattern/ Repetition' because of the design on the fence being the same pattern.

3. I believe this photo shows 'Texture' in a way, because this object looks or seems like it would be sharp or rigid. Making it more interesting. This photo also shows 'Balance' because of the repeating images and it feels "filled up" or complete in all the spaces of the photo.

4. This photo uses 'Space' ( positive space ) because the object is very up close to the camera, making it easy to see all the little details. This photo also uses 'Emphasis' because of the object being the only thing in frame, making it emphasized.

5. This last photo also shows 'Value' I feel because of the darkness under the grate and the lighter part on top of the grate, making it more interesting. It also uses 'Contrast' because of the dark water underneath, and the rough metal in the light above it.
